Online Orders and Payments: By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information. All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance by the Company. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments or e-transfer, depending on the method selected at checkout. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Your order is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Shipping & Delivery: We offer shipping within Canada (or specify regions). Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are provided at checkout. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds: Please review our Transaction and Purchase Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds below. Certain items may be final sale due to hygiene or customization.

Warranty 

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Each item is carefully formulated with safe, non-toxic ingredients and quality-tested before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty packaging, separation of product)

  • Damage incurred during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or misuse

  • Reactions due to individual allergies or sensitivities (we recommend a patch test before full application)

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) is required

  • Only purchases made from our official website or authorized retailers are eligible

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at info@hydrist.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs)

  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products (due to hygiene and safety concerns)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or limited-time offers

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Within Canada: We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Canada. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We’re excited to soon offer international shipping! Stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, feel free to contact us if you're located outside Canada—we may be able to accommodate early international orders on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Orders may qualify for free shipping based on ongoing promotions or minimum purchase thresholds.

Tracking Your Order: Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or if you believe your package is lost, contact us at info@hydrist.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • E-transfers (instructions provided at checkout if available)

E-Transfers – International Customers Consideration:

In most cases, e-transfers (Interac e-Transfer) are only available within Canada, as they're tied to Canadian banking institutions. For international customers:

  • Payments are supported on the website through Wix Payments providing credit/debit card options.
